T.P.U. Local One I.A.T.S.E Members are picketing outside the construction site at 45th Street and 8th Avenue, where Foster Entertainment, Inc. is using a non-union construction crew to build and intends to use non-union stagehands to run their new tented Circus show, "Empire New York".
